Scam or No Scam

Today we recieved an offer to buy our house.
We had put it on a place for a month for sale by owner just to see the possiblity. There were people who looked ,but no interest. The month had passed. We had not found anything in Green Bay that equaled what we had. So this was a surprise. The next surprise was where the person was from ,England. Question why with all the whole USA would someone pick a small town in the UP of Michigan. We love it here, but we knew the beauty of it. So the question is scam or no scam?

We went to Subway, and again had a good meal.
In the afternoon I worked on the mine. The tractor has only it's steering wheel to be put on. I finished the ore car. I was in the process of putting the elastic on the shovel so it could go up and down when I lost the directions. Can you believe it? I didn't go anywhere. I only went from one end of the four foot table to the other. I then went to working on the shop and have two walls up.

I wonder what surprises await us tomorrow? Until then have a good day.

i love hearing about your projects. It's nice to hear how everyone is so diverse in their and your hubby have a beautiful talent and how wonderful that you share it...
I'm glad you went back to Subway and had a great meal, it's nice to get away and a have treats...:)

About your house, your home city sounds so lovely, i can see why somebody be interested but please be careful as the world is full of silly people unfortunately. My home town is going through another boom, your home would be sold in a matter of wks. No exageration, there is less than a 1% vacancy/availabitlity rate. House prices have gone through the roof...Have a great day.

I say this is a scam. I have heard about people doing this and then you end up owing money and not owning your house. The people who buy it then turn around and sell the title quickly and the next thing you know, someone shows up at your house ready to move in and you are still living there!(saw this on 20/20).

I am using my psychic powers to locate your directions and they are stuck to the bottom of something that had glue on it! It is still in the train room....

In this day and age you have to be so careful...could very easily be a scam. And isnt it horrible that we cant trust anyone anymore?

Sounds like your projects are coming along....Betty the only thing I cant lose is weight! I can lose directions , the remote, my checkbook, the car keys all in a matter of minutes! So I understand ! lol

Always be wary of overseas contacts, they are usually scams. If I were you guys, I would get a realtor if you're really serious about selling.

I love Subway!! Healthy stuff, not like most fast food places.
