I belong to TOPS ( Take Off Pounds Sensibly ). I go every wednesday to the meeting. Has it been helpful ? Here is a before and after picture. Boy that dress really had to be taken in.

Congratulations Betty! You have done well! We have TOPS here too but I have never went. But I have some friends who go and they really enjoy it! Its a safe way to take off weight and make some new friends.

I am supposed to be going to Curves, but I often find ways to weasel out -- like today, I have a broken blood vessel on top of my foot and am limping and feeling sorry for me.

Amazing Betty, but I don't believe you took that dress in, I think you just went and bought one about 10 sizes smaller!
Good for you. I don't think I have ever heard of TOPS before. I wish they had one around here. Anything to get this baby weight off. Urg!!
