Five unusual things about me
I have been tagged by Lori.
1 I still like to pretend. Isn't that what fictional writers do.
2 I would much rather construct toy houses than do housework.
3 I always wear shoes because the minute I don't I hurt my feet in someway.
4 I am bother going up steep hills in a car. I have a strange fear feeling.
5 I do not like to throw anything away . I was trained very well by my school teachers[keep every scrap of paper] and my mother who still had a gift from her piano teacher we found as we cleaned out her home to sell it.

I did not know about the steep hill thing. And to think you lived on top of a hill for 30 some years in the parsonage.
I would rather blog than clean house (and it's noticable). I too save every scrap of paper, is that because I'm a teacher? I thought it was because I'm too paranoid. As soon as I toss one away, I want it back.
Lori, I have to not see what is beyound the hill.
Quildancer I think it has something to do with teaching because as students we were taught. When we became teachers we taught them.
Hey Lady!!!

I think I would rather do most things than housework. I save things too, but lately, I have wanted to chuck it all!
=)
I have that same strange feeling when going up a steep hill. I even dream about it, and I often tip over. haha.
You aren't saving soup can labels yet are you......or the tops off the toothpaste. When you start saving those, it is time to start tossing stuff out.
I save stuff too Betty...I wish I was one of those people that if I didnt use it I didnt need it.
I drive my Husband crazy by saving Popsickle sticks and other strange items for craft projects for Katie. I would save the paper scraps but our family member "Guinea Pig" likes scraps for nesting. -M
oh i had missed this post..i'm with you in the house cleaning bit but hate a messy house..i love things neat, clean and organize but don't want to do them. Now isn't that horrible? lol...
i don't like steep hills either. i get overly frightened myself.
and as for saving, well i have 5 kids and we all save enough for the entire world and then i get into those moods of all that is not needed goes into the garbage..so back and forth we all go, lol..
you are a sweetie Betty. thank you for caring for me.
